The terms you agree to by buying from, or reserving on, this site.
Who you are dealing with
This site and the Wow!Pad brand are operated by Datum LLC d/b/a Wow!Pad.
Orders and payment
Orders placed here are processed by Shopify on Shopify's hosted checkout, and Shopify's own checkout and payment terms apply to that part of the transaction in addition to these.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, or if a price was listed in error. If we do, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax unless the checkout says so.
Reserving is not buying
Reserving holds a place in the first press run. It is not a purchase, no card is taken and no money changes hands. Prices shown before a press run is scheduled are the planned prices and can change.
Product descriptions
We describe the product as accurately as we can. Dimensions and thickness are the figures given by the manufacturer and are confirmed against a physical sample before shipping.
Images marked as renders are renders, not photographs, and are labelled on the page.
The Strafe Test measures your own tracking on whatever surface you are using. It makes no claim about that surface, and it is not a product claim.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The pad must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at [business email] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. You pay return shipping; we recommend a tracked service. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Damaged or defective on arrival: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
If anything about that is unclear, write to us and we will deal with it individually.
Intellectual property
The Wow!Pad name and logo, this site, its text, photographs, renders and code belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Company names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising out of or relating to the product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of 1F, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
