What this site collects, why, and who else sees it.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Datum LLC d/b/a Wow!Pad.
You can reach us at fred@treeleads.io, or by post at 3819 W diversey ave.
What we collect
- The reserve form: your email address, and — only if you give it — your mobile number and which pad you are interested in.
- If you tick either text-message box: the fact that you ticked it, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, and the date and time.
- If you place an order: your order details, shipping address and payment status. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic delivery data every website receives: your browser type, the page you asked for, and the site that referred you.
- If you arrive from an advertisement: the campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we can tell which advertisement brought you here.
How we use it
- To tell you when the first press run is scheduled, if you asked us to.
- To process, ship and support an order you placed.
- To send the text messages you specifically agreed to receive, and nothing else.
- To understand which advertisements and which pages lead to orders, in aggregate.
SMS: we do not share your opt-in
SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your mobile number and your consent are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive. They are passed to our messaging provider solely so that those messages can be delivered, and to no one else for any marketing purpose. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Cookies and advertising pixels
This site stores a small amount of data in your own browser: which page you arrived on, the campaign tags in the link you clicked, and your results if you use the Strafe Test. The Strafe Test results never leave your device.
On the pages we advertise to, we use advertising pixels from TikTok and from Meta. These record that a page was viewed and that a button was clicked, and let those platforms report on their own advertising and show you advertisements elsewhere. They set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Where a pixel has not been configured, nothing is loaded and no request is made to that platform at all.
You can block these in your browser settings, or with your device or browser privacy controls, without losing anything else on this site.
Who else processes your data
We do not sell your personal information.
- Shopify — orders, payment and checkout.
- GoHighLevel — our customer records, email and text messaging.
- Our hosting provider — running this site.
- TikTok and Meta — advertising measurement, on the pages described above.
How long we keep it
Reserve-list entries are kept until the press run they are for has shipped, or until you ask us to delete them.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Consent records are kept for as long as we might need to show that you gave consent, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message. You are removed immediately, and each consent is separate — stopping one does not silently stop the other.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message we send you.
- Everything else: Write to fred@treeleads.io. Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold, and we will.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date below changes with it. This version took effect on 17 September 2026.
